Elsie Rogers has worked in business change and transformation for more than 25 years. This has involved implementing projects across banking and finance, insurance, retail, the payment card industry, and government sector all in the UK.

She has led both offshore and onshore teams in implementing Programme Management Office Service offerings for transformation programmes worth (£20m-£1bn).

Elsie has also delivered project management training so individuals can gain the fundamental knowledge, concepts, tools, and techniques to understand how a project works and how best to approach delivery to gain business outcomes. This has been achieved through her unique ability to deliver value rooted in pragmatism, founded on situational analysis of the client and the operating environment.

After 2 years of research and development, she launched her hair care brand El’Rog in March 2023, with her first product called ‘Opal’ a unisex hair growth serum, followed by a beard oil called ‘Citrine’.

In July 2023, Elsie published her first book titled Autistic: (Leaping Over Walls: While living with Autism). The book is a story of the difficult journey of raising her son who is autistic aged 25, now verbal and mostly independent. She shares the challenge of not losing sight of the impact on her other son, who is now 20. The book offers verifiable information and effective tools to all those dealing with autism.
