SE27 Autism Summer HAF Program: Chatsworth (4 - 12's)

This sessions is for Chatsworth location only for Tuesdays to Thursdays Only from 1pm to 6pm.

NOTE: LA's children/ eligible for benefits related free school meals must will be prioritised. Booking forms will be sent to confirm to see if you meet the criteria.

Summer SE27 August Autism Family Group: 4 -12 years old, siblings included. Session funded for children who attend a Lambeth School and also our programs are for autistic/SEND children.

Free spaces for children in receipt of benefits-related for free school meals.

Not all FSM will be eligible for FSM, EHCP's and Disability Cards will not gain free access.

Booking form will be required to be filled in for the LA and funders, without this information it will affect future HAF programs.

We are not a drop off provision, parent carers required to stay at all times.

Fridays, 12 - 4pm: Community Hall, West Norwood Leisure Centre

Priority for offsite trips will be given to children who attend our onsite activities. A waiting liste will be implemented incase a family drop out.

Fees will apply for all those who do not meet the criteria.
