I was born in 1986 one month premature and was thought to be deaf and blind which was noted after 6 months by my parents. I had severe language processing disorders, visual perceptual disorders (face blindness, object blindness and meaning blindness), body agnosias, integration of self and other, hemiplegia and I didn't gain functional speech between the ages of 7/8 years old.

I went through mainstream education from 1989 - 2002 and started employment in 2002 onwards. I was diagnosed with autism and OCD in 2010 and with visual perceptual disorders, scotopic sensitivity, dyslexia and dyscalculia.

From 2015 onwards I have used Donna Williams' fruit salad analogy of autism in which a go through the pieces of what can make someone AUT-istic in presentation this is from personal experience and observational experiences. I have am a blogger, patron of Thomley Families, ambassador at Anna Kennedy Online and Ollie and his Superpowers and contributed to the Pablo a cartoon about a youngy boy with autism which is on Netlfix.
