This programme will deliver free activities and healthy food for autistic/SEND school-aged children and young people (4 -16 years) eligible for and in receipt of benefit related Free School Meals (FSM).
Non-FSM and and out of borough attendees a fee will apply.
A range of onsite and offsite activities over 4 days for 4 hours for 4 weeks.

Please DO NOT FILL in the FSM slot, if your child is not receiving FSM as the local authorities will check on the registration.

Tuesday 16th August
11 - 3pm Onsite activities
12 - 1pm Physical Activites / Ball Games
1 - 2pm Swimming for all - Parents need to go into water with children
2 - 3.30pm Drumming, dancing and singing

OFFSITE:
9 - 5pm Offsite sessions Legoland (for younger partipants) coach leaving from leisure centre. Coach meeting point to update next week. Parents and non FSM and non SEND siblings concession prices. BOOK NOW

12.15 - 3pm Metrotennis - pan disability sports trip to Southfields Lawn Tennis Club - need to book from previous weeks to register.
1 - 2pm Swimming for all - Parents need to go into water with children

Please check the menu and provide us with all the relevant details. We will not able to supply food without filling in relevant documentation.
Priority to attend the daytrips will be allocated to onsite attendees.
Community Hall will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays with Brio and Tomy train sets, developmental dance with MovementWorks, bouncy castle, sensory arts and crafts and gaming.
Physical activities in the sports hall and swimming for all in teaching pool, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Parents need to stay with their children at all times.
FREE PARKING: Register your car registration in reception.

Our foods comply with the School Food Standards and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and are in adherence to dietary requirements.
We also ensure that their foods provide a variety of flavours and options that is suited to the diverse cultural backgrounds of the communities we cater to. Specifically this may range from European, Asian and Afro-Caribbean heritage.
We kindly advise you to notify us of all specific dietary requirements and allergens for your child, which will be on the bookings. Menu will be updated before 20th July.
